ABSTRACT
This article explores the intricate relationship between the development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) and the ethical considerations it necessitates. AI, as a transformative technology, holds immense potential for societal benefit in fields ranging from healthcare and environmental conservation to finance and education. However, this potential comes intertwined with significant ethical challenges, including algorithmic bias, privacy concerns, and impacts on employment and societal structures. The article delves into case studies that illustrate these dual facets of AI - its benefits and the ethical dilemmas encountered.
